Recycle Aerosol’s unique recovery system is capable of processing an almost endless range of aerosols products.
Most of the cans that we recycle come from one of three sources:
- Pre-consumer manufacturing culls which are filled incorrectly or not ready for the marketplace for another reason.
- Commercial users of aerosols who need an efficient way to safely handle partially empty cans.
- Marketplace returns that often come directly from a retailer of the aerosol product.
Recycle Aerosol LLC will accept prepackaged materials, full or partially full aerosol cans, out-of-date, incorrectly packaged product, out of specification, damaged, brand retired, counterfeit, expired promotional offers, and mislabeled aerosol cans.

Aerosol, BOV aerosols, inks, paints, solvents, varnish, adhesives, sealants, propane & gas cylinders, hand-held propane torches, shaving cream, hair spray, and a multitude of products packaged under pressure.

Multipurpose lubricant, penetrant, multipurpose dry lubricant, paint sprays, and anti-corrosive sprays
Waxes & Polishes:
Furniture maintenance products, floor polish or wax, and spray buffs
Personal Care:
Temporary hair color, astringent/toner, personal fragrance, aftershave products, shaving creams, hair spray, shaving gels, body sprays, hair mousse, burn sprays, and deodorants
Air Care products:
Air freshener, odor remover/eliminator
Food:
Cooking spray, whipped cream, oils
Household:
Bathroom & tile cleaner, oven cleaner/grill cleaner, dusting aids, glass cleaner, general purpose degreaser, general purpose cleaner, disinfectant, multipurpose solvent, sanitizer, fabric care, laundry starch/sizing/fabric finish aerosols, spot remover, fabric protector, shoe polish, and carpet/upholstery cleaner
If you generate any of the materials on our list, or other similar materials, our equipment can handle your aerosol needs. All customers’ aerosols collected will be provided electronically as well as figures showing aerosol that have been processed for recycling. All processed material will receive a certificate of recycle and destruction. Customers can also witness their destruction by arrangement.
